A milestone, a habit, a skill like bilingualism — Sneh brings the tools, research-backed and customized for your family.
A search result or an app can tell you what usually works. It can't look at your child, your family's priorities, and your caregiver's skills to recommend what works for your family. That's the invisible load you carry — and Sneh is here to support you with that.
What does support actually get you? A plan built for your family, the tools to carry it out, and someone who stays with you to course correct.
No. Sneh offers parent education, practical planning and family advisory — not diagnosis or treatment of medical, developmental or mental-health conditions, and not a substitute for licensed care.
You book time as your family needs it — a single call, or a longer block to build out a full plan — rather than signing up for a fixed monthly package. There's no minimum commitment and no lock-in; use as much or as little as makes sense for where your family is right now.
Yes — in fact we encourage it. Part of what we do is brief everyone executing the plan day to day, so your nanny, grandparents or co-parent are working from the same page as you, not guessing at it.
Not at all. Most families do this well with a shared calendar, a clear plan and a bit of thoughtful delegation. For those who want it, we offer optional sessions on training AI agents to work as a family assistant — your own chief of staff — but it's entirely optional, never the point of working with Sneh.
This is exactly why we focus on integration, so it runs on autopilot. Instead of creating a second curriculum at home, we look for opportunities in the routines you already have — mealtimes, travel, reading, getting dressed, the weekend — and enrich them with the skills you're working on. We're not reinventing your system; we're building on what you already have.
Sneh comes from the Sanskrit and Bengali word sneha — a deep, steady form of affection that combines warmth, attentiveness and responsibility. Not reactive or overwhelming, but consistent and intentional.
Its founder, Ahana Banerjee, spent over a decade as a global compliance operations leader in a Fortune 50 environment — building culture, and making complex, high-stakes situations run through discipline and process. Sneh brings that same discipline and systems thinking to the early years of building a family, with far more warmth.
That conviction was tested personally, twice: raising a child through Covid with no support beyond her co-parent, and raising a second as an expat with no playbook and no village on hand. What carried her through wasn't more advice — it was building a system where none existed.
Tell us a little about your family and what you're hoping to make easier. We'll start with a call to see if Sneh is the right fit.
